After years on the West Coast, Brittni and Evan returned home to Georgia with their kids and quickly rediscovered something special about the North Georgia mountains. The winding roads, the vineyards tucked into the hillsides, the quiet mornings in the woods, and the charm of Dahlonega felt like the perfect balance between adventure and peace. It didn’t take long for the whole family to fall in love with the area.
Timber and Stone grew from that love.

When we imagined Timber and Stone, we pictured a place where families could gather comfortably, where kids could explore, and where pets are just as welcome as their people. We wanted it to feel warm, natural, and timeless — a space that reflects the beauty of the mountains that surround it.
At the same time, we know that sometimes what people need most is a quiet escape. Dahlonega has a way of creating those moments too — a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards, a peaceful morning coffee on the porch, or a sunset walk through the woods. Our family has always loved being outdoors. Hiking trails, mountain views, campfires, and long days spent exploring are some of our favorite ways to spend time together. The North Georgia mountains gave us the opportunity to bring those experiences into something we could share with others.
